Two episodes into How I Met Your Mother, I remain undecided as to whether or not my love for Neil Patrick Harris and Jason Segel can overcome my dislike of laugh tracks and irritating main characters.

I received compliments on my front crawl technique at the gym the other night, and I was so proud. I'd like to thank my dad, YouTube, and Michael Phelps. Also, Bikini Village for the extremely hydro-dynamic swimsuit, Speedo for the goggles.

It's possible I've read the pairing/dance style spoilers for tonight's So You Think You Can Dance. Disappointing. Of course, Evan will never be paired with my favourite female dancer, i.e. Allie from SYTYCD Canada season one, so, you know, what are you going to do. Speaking of, though, why do I not remember Allie & Nico dancing a contemporary routine? I waited the whole damn season for those two to be paired up. Good heavens, so much flipping Pretty.

I really wish I had something better to say after a week of not posting. I need to find some time to start reading again.

I realize that this is incredibly short notice, but I sort of fail at life, so that's to be expected XP;

This weekend (July 17th to July 19th) is Otakon down in Baltimore, MD, and there will be Prince of Tennis mini-photoshoot (I only say mini because so few people have said they were coming .__. But even with a small group, we'll make it as epic as possible!) on Saturday, at 4pm on the 4th floor of the convention center. This was decided on over at the Cosplay.com forums, so I thought I'd share it over here, in case there were people attending Otakon who aren't a member of the forums, and still wanted to have a meet-up.

So, anyone interested in coming is more than welcome \o/ You don't even need to be in cosplay! If you just want to show up to hang out, fangirl, chill, whatever, feel free =D

This....was supposed to be a 20 things fic for Ryoma. Somewhere around #8 it developed plot and somewhere around #18 the aforementioned plot demanded to be resolved. So now I don't know what to call it. It was started halfway through my last chemistry class of the semester (which resulted on my spending the last 1/2 hour jotting down fic notes instead of paying attention, yay priorities) and finished on my 12 hour long train ride last night.

I've never written tenipuri fic before, and have only been in the fandom since february, so pardon any gross deviations from character - although I don't think there are any...
